Given everything YVB has gone through recently, getting back in touch towards the end of the year to talk about how challenging it has been can help the team restore a more efficient workplace in coming years. Retreat & Team Building activities provide everyone a chance to mingle in a less official setting with looser rules than office socializing, which promotes better communication and a friendlier atmosphere.
