RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop engaging social media content that is brand-related topics 

  • Prepare well-structured drafts and templates using digital publishing platforms 

  • Adhere to brand tone and target audience 

  • Create and distribute marketing materials to advertise our brand and its products 

  • Promote content on social networks: Monitor and respond to social media interactions to maintain movement and engagement (e.g. react, comment, and share) 

  • Analyze social media performance metrics 

  • Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms. 

  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics 

  • Implement social media strategies 

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles 

  • Update websites as needed and collaborate with software developers as needed 

  • Increase the brand's social media presence 

  • Keeping up-to-date content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technologies and tools. 

  • Assist Livestream events and other promotional media activities that require assistance in material preparations and technical operations 

  • Perform other tasks as required by supervisors and the management. 

  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Experience in visual communication principles 

  • Familiarity with content management systems 

  • Solid knowledge of design and editing programs (photo & and video) 

  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends 

  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines 

  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
